Phisem Consultancy operates from its Engineering cum head office located in Noida (outskirts of New Delhi, India) with workforce distributed at job sites in India and abroad. Our major business is in the field of Refractory with specialization in Lining design, Detailed engineering, Trouble shooting, Inspection and Supervision activities. We also undertake turnkey projects, revamps and routine maintenance work during plant turnaround in process plants.
Phisem was founded in 1990 by renowned Refractory Expert Dr. TV Prasad after his retirement from Engineers India Ltd, New Delhi. Dr. Prasad was regarded for expertise in Refractory and helped many process plants with trouble shooting guiding them with correct engineering practices. Since 2014 company is run by a dedicated team of Engineers lead by Mr. Pankaj Mehrotra who himself has spent more than three decades in refractory field holding leadership positions. He graduated in Ceramic Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT- BHU, Varanasi) in 1987. Mr. Mehrotra brings in considerable experience of process plant Furnace lining from his earlier work in Engineers India Ltd (EIL) and Ciria-Thermal Ceramics.

Experienced Engineers are deployed at job sites to ensure delivery of highest quality in refractory lining. Project management team works on turnkey and revamp jobs ensuring delivery of quality work within the time period agreed.
